Description of Products & Services:

We’ve partnered with the Department of Information Resources to provide Software COTS and Related Services through this contract. Brands available under this contract are Artic Wolf, Axcient, Barracuda Networks, Eleveo, Huntress, Intrado, SentinelOne, and Variphy plus Related Services for each brand listed under their product line. Customers can purchase directly through this DIR contract. Contracts may be used by state and local government, public education, other public entities in Texas, as well as public entities outside the state. Resellers are not available for this contract.

Step One

A Barcom representative will reach out via email or phone to further discuss your needs, schedule a site walk through if needed and provide a quote for the work needed.

Step Two
Once our quote is approved, please send signed quote and purchase order referencing DIR contract number of            DIR-CPO-5244 to Jhuebener@barcoment.com and jfrancois@barcoment.com for processing and scheduling.

Standard cable installation carries a limited one-year warranty from the date of installation on materials and workmanship. Damages caused by human error, vandalism, acts of God, vermin, rodents or any other external sources aside from normal wear and tear are not covered under the limited warranty.

To request warranty repair on a cable installation by Barcom Technology Solutions, please call our help desk at (210) 930-6960 and ask for John Huebener or Luis Pena. You can also email Jhuebener@barcoment.com and LPena@barcoment.com to inquire about repairing installed cabling under the one-year warranty.

Some installations may qualify for a long-term manufacturer warranty. If this is the case, warranty paperwork certifying the installation with the manufacturer will be provided to the client upon project completion that details how to place a warranty claim. For these warranty claims the Barcom team will work with the client to place the warranty claim and repair any damaged cabling.

Materials purchased through Barcom Technology Solutions that are returned by the customer within 30 days of purchase are subject to a twenty percent restocking fee for standard order items.

Materials that are special order, such as fiber optic cable cut to specific lengths, may not be returned. Non-returnable items will be disclosed to the customer before purchase if any items fall into this category. Special order materials are items that are not normally kept in stock by the distributor.

Materials that have been used for copper or fiber cabling installations and are already installed may not be returned.
